Sugamo was a great area with lots of stores, shops, restaurants We were a very short walk from the station, and there was a family mart right outside the hotel The staff were friendly, there were no issues, our room was cleaned and we were offered amenities The shower was nice, we had a window and a bed, a desk area and a fridge. I enjoyed the complimentary tea every morning with our tea kettle

The staff was very nice and helpful. They can communicate in english. The most important thing that the hotel is very near with the train station, just walk around 2 minute from hotel. Very convenient

The room was a little small when it comes to foot space, but everything else, such as the bed and desk, fit nicely into the space of the room. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to not only Sugamo Station, but many restaurants, and a convenience store. The bed was comfortable; no complaints about it.

It was very convenient getting there, just two stops away from Nippori after getting off the Skyliner. It’s also on the Yamanote line so getting around Tokyo is very easy and cheaper. There’s also a supermarket nearby open 24 hours where you can get affordable food.

The location is very close to the JR line and Sugamo subway station. And the 24 hours supermarket round the corner was a big bonus!

Bed is not small for a single room; location is very convenient; basic daily items(toothbrushes/ hair band) can be collected at the front desk; 24hr front desk services - I checked out at 4am and the services was good as always

It is my second time staying here and will come back :) ! staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is also right next to the JR station and lots of restaurants and places located nearby.

Very near the train station Right beside it is a Family Mart as well as a Seiyu department store and grocery. Just a 3-min walk to station and restaurants.
